Funded by a grant from Keiro, Grateful Crane will be performing “Concerts for Caregivers” in Oxnard, Anaheim, and Gardena this November. Featuring “Sansei songs” from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s, the goal of these concerts is to give Nikkei caregivers a well-deserved break from their 24/7 caregiving duties by singing their favorite songs from “back in the day.” A post-concert reception will allow caregivers to socialize, reminisce and talk amongst themselves about their shared experiences as caregivers.
